Living in Southern California is wonderful! However, I do miss the cold nights by the fire with some homemade hot chocolate. The past week it has been pretty chilly and perfect for hot chocolate...there is even snow on the mountains in the distance. It is perfect for Christmastime!

I have been enjoying hot chocolate after the boys have gone to bed almost every night this week.
We were in the mountains last weekend when it started snowing, I prefer the snow to be in the distance.
It has been cold. A few days ago, it was 37* in LA. We've finally run out of hot cocoa because of it!
I love how well you can see the mountains... cold weather must be good for the city ;-)
